Windows 11がアップデートできず、Microsoft Storeも利用不可になる問題

Windows 11の更新履歴が2022年で止まっており、それ以降アップデートを受け取れません。更新プログラムをチェックすると「最新の状態です」と表示されます。また、Microsoft StoreやWebからMicrosoft製のアプリをインストールすることもできません。

手順通りに実行し、最新バージョンに更新されました。しかし、Microsoft Storeからのアプリインストールや、設定からのWindows Updateは依然としてエラーになります。何か原因は考えられますか？
